Step 1

Complete the online registration form.

Step 2

After your registration form is successfully submitted, you will be directed to the payments page. Your payment will be processed securely by PayPal.

IMPORTANT FINAL STEP

Fill out the consent to medical treatment form and the health history form. Email a photo or pdf of the completed form to youthcamp.clc@gmail.com.

Payment Details

Full tuition refunds are available until May 31st. Cancellations after May 31st will forfeit full tuition.
